The Resource Playlist feature allows you to easily automate the display of resources within forms, such as toolbox talks. Each time a form is scheduled, a new resource from the playlist will appear, making it simple to plan weeks while remaining flexible enough to add new priorities as they arise.

Key Features

• Automatically have a new resource for each scheduled form (e.g., daily forms will display a new resource every day).
• Streamline toolbox talk preparation, allowing you to focus on other pressing matters.
• Quickly add and prioritise resources as needed by moving them to the top of the playlist queue.
• Resources added directly into a playlist will not appear in your general resource library.

How to Create a Playlist

1. Log in to the Admin Console.
2. Go to the Resources section.
3. Select the Playlists tab.
4. Click the Small Playlists header
5. Select the orange Create New Playlist button

Assigning a Playlist to a Form

1. Log in to the Admin Console.
2. Go to the Forms section.
3. Click the pencil icon beside the relevant form.
4. Select the question button in the top-left corner.
5. Scroll down and select the question type Selected Resource.
6. Under Resource Type, select Playlist.
7. Select the relevant playlist.

How to Rearrange, Restart, and Add to Playlists

To rearrange resources in a Playlist:

1. Go to the relevant playlist.
2. Click the 6 dots on the left side of the resource.
3. Drag and drop the resource to the desired position in the sequence.
   

To restart the resource sequence:

1. Click the 3 dots beside the Add to Playlist button.
2. Select Restart Playlist.
   

To add a resource to a playlist:

1. Select the playlist you want to add to.
2. Click the orange Add to Playlist button.
3. Choose a resource to add from your library.
   

To upload a new resource from your desktop:

1. Click the downward arrow beside the Add to Playlist button.
2. Select Add Resource.
3. Upload the resource from your desktop.
