Resources Playlist
The Resource Playlist feature allows you to easily automate the display of resources within forms, such as toolbox talks. Each time a form is scheduled, a new resource from the playlist will appear, making it simple to plan weeks while remaining flexible enough to add new priorities as they arise.
- New ‘Playlists’ tab under the Resources screen
- Playlists help organise resources for easier distribution to sites and teams
- A single resource can be in multiple playlists, and if a resource is updated, all playlists containing it are updated as well
- Assign Playlists in Forms
- Using the “Selected Resource” question type in the form builder, you can now select a playlist instead of a single resource
- Playlists play in order—each time a user plays a playlist item, the next item in the sequence is presented
- Users can also pick any item in the playlist from the new Resource → Playlists screen in the mobile app
- Recording Playlist Plays
- Each time a user plays a playlist item, this is recorded against their user profile and visible under the “Training” tab in the user details screen on the web
- Assign Playlists to Sites or Users
- Playlists can be assigned to sites, site categories, users, or user groups
- When assigned to sites or site categories, playlists are only available on mobile if the user’s current site matches the assigned site(s)
- When assigned to users or user groups, only those users can see the playlists in the mobile app
Resource Folder
Assigning to Form - When using the “Selected Resource” question type in the form builder, you now have the option to select a folder instead of just a single resource or playlist. Once a folder is selected, mobile users will be prompted to choose a resource from that folder or its subfolders. Please note that resources from other folders will not be accepted.
Incident Management
Our solution streamlines the process of capturing, tracking, and reporting workplace injuries and illnesses. It simplifies the workflow, ensuring that incidents are logged efficiently and accurately, promoting a safer work environment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- New side menu item: ‘Incidents’
- Create, manage, and report on incidents that happen in an organisation
- OSHA-specific features for OSHA customers, including 300A reporting
- New Incident and Near Miss Reporting Master Forms
- The “Report an Incident” button in the mobile app now utilizes the new Incident Reporting form.
- When you save one of these forms as Final, a new Incident will be created in the Incidents screen on the web.
Please Note: The completed form will remain reportable and accessible, just like all other completed forms.
Date Format
To make things clearer for customers in different regions, we’re updating our date formats to get rid of confusing number-only month displays. From now on, you’ll see months shown in a short way (like Jan) or a full name (like January). We’re in the middle of this transition, and this release has lots of updates, with more changes coming based on what users think.
Using Miles vs Kilometers
The mobile app will now default to the organization’s miles/kilometres setting for new mobile users. However, users have the option to manually override this preference in their mobile settings if they wish.
New Version Reminder
- A new prompt in the web client will notify users when a new version of the web is available
- This helps prevent issues where user misses out on new features or bug fixes because their browser page has been open for days without a refresh
