Reset your Password

Forgotten your password? Follow the steps below.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Site App Pro login page
  2. At the bottom of the black box, click "Forgot Password?".
  3. Enter the email address that your account is linked to.
  4. Check your email. You will receive a no-reply email from "noreply@site-app-pro.firebaseapp.com" with a link to reset your password.
  5. If it does not show in your normal inbox check your Spam 
  6. Follow the instructions on the reset password page.

Note: The password reset link will expire within 2 hours. If you do not use it within this time you will need to send yourself another with the process above.
