Emailing Completed / Draft Forms

Streamline your workflow by sending individual forms to clients. This guide covers all the ways you can email completed forms from the mobile app.


Manually Email a Single Completed Form

You can email a form from the mobile app either after you've saved it, or while you are still filling it out.

Emailing a form from your "Saved Forms" list:

This is the most common method, used for forms you have already completed.

  1. Log in to the Mobile App.

  2. Open the main menu (☰) and tap on Saved Forms.

  3. Find and tap on the form you want to send.

  4. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner

  5. Select 'Email this Form'

  6. Enter the email address and tap Send.

Emailing a form while you are completing it:

  1. Open a new or draft form on the mobile app.

  2. Fill out the form.

  3. Before saving, or from the draft, tap the Mail icon in the top-right corner.

  4. Type in the email address and hit RETURN on your keyboard.

  5. Tap Send.

This will send a PDF copy to the email address. The form will also save to your reports as usual.
