Receiving the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Summary Email

The Summary Email provides Form completion statistics for the previous 7 days


You can edit your Organisation Settings to receive a summary email every day, once each week on a Monday morning, or once a Month. The email contains: 

  • A list of forms that have been completed in the preceding 7 days
  • Who completed them 
  • Whether they were Completed or a Draft

Setting Up:

  1. Log in to the Admin Console (Computer) 
  2. Go to My Business —> Settings tab
  3. Scroll down to Summary Email Settings 
  4. Add as many email addresses as you'd like to get the Summary Report - make sure you hit the Enter key after typing each email address
  5. SAVE
