Receiving the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Summary Email
The Summary Email provides Form completion statistics for the previous 7 days
You can edit your Organisation Settings to receive a summary email every day, once each week on a Monday morning, or once a Month. The email contains:
- A list of forms that have been completed in the preceding 7 days
- Who completed them
- Whether they were Completed or a Draft
Setting Up:
- Log in to the Web Console (Computer)
- Go to My Business
- Scroll down to Summary Email Settings
- Add as many email addresses as you'd like to get the Summary Report - make sure you hit the Enter key after typing each email address
- SAVE
