Editing the Site, Job or Project on a Completed Form

If you or one of your team complete a form or check in to the wrong site, job or project you can easily update this via the steps below.

Log into the Admin Console (computer side) and select the form you want to edit either from the Activity Stream, Completed Forms or from anywhere you can access your forms. You can open these by clicking on the Form itself or the eye icon next to the Form. 

  1. The form will open like so, and if you are logged in with the Admin User Role you will see the 'Edit Site' button on the far right of the form options:selected the site, job or project window becomes selectable:
  2.  Select the new site, job or project to assign the form to and select 'Save'
