This guide explains how Group Administrators can manage forms across all organisations in their group, see which organisations have made custom changes, and revert those changes back to the group standard.

Group Admin Visibility

Group Admins can now see which organisations have overridden (customised) group-level forms. The Group Admin Console's ‘Forms’ page now includes two columns that provide this information.

This ensures that organisations can receive necessary form updates while protecting any custom forms that have been edited from being automatically updated at the group level.

• The Organisation Overrides column: This shows how many organisations have edited the questions within the form.
• The Organisation Schedule Overrides column: This shows how many organisations have edited the form's schedule.

Reverting a Group Form Override

This function enables Group Admins to force an organisation's overridden form back to the latest group version.

This allows you to:

• Independently restore an organisation's form questions back to the current group settings.
• Independently restore an organisation's form schedule back to the current group settings.
• Revert a form's schedule while keeping the organisation's custom email recipients and user groups untouched.

How to Revert an Overridden Form

1. Log in to the Admin Console using your Group Admin Access.
2. Go to Forms.
3. Click on the Pencil Icon to edit the form you want to manage.

4. Click on the Group Icon on the selected form.

   

   You will see two sections:

   • Organisation Overrides: A list of all orgs that have overridden the questions.

   • Organisation Schedule Overrides: A list of all orgs that have overridden the schedule.

     

5. Click the Arrow button next to the organisation you wish to revert in the applicable section.

   

6. Click Yes to confirm.
7. Save your changes.
