New Look & Feel
- Improved layouts ensure you can see everything clearly, no matter your browser's zoom level.
- Updated Date Range selector on the Dashboard and Reports for smoother navigation.
- A new 'Add New' button is now available on the Equipment, Suppliers, Resources, Sites, and Users pages for quicker access.
- The Corrective Action Screen is now full-screen, allowing you to view more details simultaneously.
- We noticed that most of our users rely on the Completed Forms page in Reports. To make things easier, we've switched the positions of Completed Forms and Summary Reports for quicker access.
50MB Resources
You've been asking, we've been listening. We've made the big leap from 5MB file resources to 50MB file resources. This will give you the ability to store even more in Site App Pro, making it the system that can host all of your Health & Safety documents.

Bulk Upload all User Roles
We recently introduced Bulk Upload for Admin Users, and it was a hit! Now, we’ve expanded this feature to all User Roles. If you’ve got a large team of Field Workers or a new group of Contractors joining, you can upload them all at once with our Bulk Upload feature, saving you time and hassle.
When Bulk Uploading Users, they will need to hit Forgot Password when logging in for the first time.
Performance Improvements
We're always working behind the scenes to keep Site App Pro running smoothly so your team can get the job done quickly. We've improved the loading speed for the Staff Training Summary Report and Site Summary Report. Plus, site lists and reports will now load faster, even for businesses with thousands of sites.
Bug Fixes
As with every update we fix any issues or improvements you and our team spot. This update includes:
- Fixed issues with form attachments, form list filters, and form builder escalation text.
- Resolved problems with check-in feature settings, and site address field.
- Corrected bugs in the Form Reports screen, including heat maps, PDF exports, and form visibility.
- Addressed issues with user roles, email alerts, and Group Admin permissions.
- Fixed problems with scheduled forms, hazard imports, and maintenance window screens.
- Other minor bug fixes and improvements.
