Generate your OSHA Summary 300A
Site App Pro enables you to generate an OSHA 300A Summary Poster in both Spanish and English. This poster will take into account all the Incidents created in your account.
To do this:
- Navigate to the OSHA 300A Tab
- Select "Create New 300A"
There are three steps to generating your Osha 300A Summary:
Injury and Illness Cases
In the Injury and Illness Cases Tab input the Annual number of cases and case-related details. Site App Pro will automatically populate fields that correspond with recordable Incident cases that you have already logged within Site App Pro, such as the total number of Injuries or if you have input Days Away (H)
Employment Information
In the Employment Information section you will input:
- Annual Average number of employees
- Total hours worked by all employees last year
There is an in-built calculator which can be used to estimate the numbers needed for this section.
Reviewing and Exporting
This is the final step of generating your 300A Summary poster.
Select the Edit Icon to adjust:
- EIN Number
- Address
- NAICS
- Establishment Type
- Establishment Size
Before saving your Summary Poster, input your executive details:
- Executive Name
- Job Title
- Phone Number
- Signature
When this is completed select "Save Final". You can then export your summary and Print the Poster.
To do this:
- Navigate to Incidents
- Click the OSHA 300A tab
- Click on the bar to preview your poster
- Select the Printer Icon to export
- Select the Language and paper size
- Select "Preview"
- Download your OSHA 300A Summary Poster
Importing Incident Data into Site App Pro
If you're new to Site App Pro and would like to utilize these features, you can import your data using our template.
To do this:
- Log into your Admin Console
- Select Incidents
- Navigate to the OSHA 300A tab
- Select "Upload OSHA 300A Summaries"
- Download our Incident Summary Template
- Input as much data into this CSV file as possible.
- Select UPLOAD
- Select your completed Template from your device
