In this Release:

New & Improved Equipment Management

The Equipment Register makes it super easy to keep track of your gear. In the Admin Console, you can set up your own categories and sub-categories, so finding, tracking, and looking after equipment is a breeze.

The new layout comes with refreshed views, so it’s easier to spot what matters and quickly find the asset records you need.

  • Full Equipment View – Your complete list of all equipment.
  • Maintenance View – A focused look at upcoming maintenance tasks.
  • Task View – Manage all types of tasks across all equipment in one place.
  • Settings Hub – Your one-stop spot for setting up equipment properties, whether at the category, sub-category, or individual equipment level.

Rich Equipment Profiles - Each piece of equipment now has a detailed profile with images, QR codes, location tracking, and custom tags to keep things organised

Configurable Properties - Easily customise what info you collect by setting up fields at the equipment, category, or sub-category level.

Location Tracking - Equipment location gets tracked automatically when your team fills out forms or scans QR codes in the field, giving you handy last-known spots to help keep tabs on everything.

Enhances Mobile Experience - Our mobile app has been revamped to make life easier on the go. You get full equipment access, quick QR code scanning, clear images for fast ID, location tracking, easy access to upcoming tasks, and the ability to add new gear right from the field.

Task Management - Easily manage all kinds of equipment tasks—schedule them smartly, assign them to the right people, set priorities, send automatic updates, and keep all supporting info in one place.


What does this mean for your existing Maintenance Schedules? (automatic Maintenance Tasks)


Any existing maintenance schedules have been converted into maintenance tasks.


This means:

  • Tasks for existing equipment will already have "Tasks" assigned to them, labelled Maintenance for *equipment name*
  • They will be made available 2 weeks before the equipment maintenance is due from the Actions page, or against that item of equipment.
  • You can Assign existing maintenance to members of your team. (More on how to do this here)

For equipment items that have missed their maintenance date a few times, we've created one task, indicating that a new maintenance schedule should be created for this item.

Corrective Actions

Corrective Actions just got a big upgrade with our new Task Management features:

  • Dedicated Dashboard Tab: See all your corrective actions in one easy-to-access view.
  • More Status Options: Quickly spot the actions that need urgent attention.
  • Improved Create & Edit Screens: Manage corrective actions right from the Admin Console with a cleaner, easier workflow.

Form Builder AI

We’ve added a smart new feature to the web Form Builder—it can now suggest questions for you to add to your form.

The AI considers factors such as the form name, category, your organisation or group’s country, and generates relevant ideas.

Other Improvements & Bug Fixes


We’ve made a bunch of changes to make things faster and smoother:

  • Faster Form Fetching: A big boost in performance when loading forms (not completed ones) on the web via mobile.
  • More Completed Forms on Mobile: You can now load way more completed forms in the mobile app without hitting errors.
  • Longer Timeouts: For forms over 7 days old, you can fetch hundreds more in one go.
  • PDF Size Fix: Some PDFs were way bigger than they should’ve been, especially when certain JPEG/JPG images were involved. That’s now sorted.
  • Web Dashboard Speed: Pages load faster, and the default date range is now 1 day instead of 7, so things pop up quicker.
  • Faster Saves: Your answers save more quickly as you fill out forms.
  • Visual indicator: when you have unread messages.

We’ve squashed a bunch of bugs to make things run smoother:

  • Fixed an issue where some forms you started wouldn’t show up in Saved Forms on mobile, and the Last Modified By column in Completed Forms on the web was blank.
  • You can now view PDFs attached to Completed Form answers right from the mobile app.
  • Stopped an empty Hazard Board form from randomly appearing in some orgs’ ad-hoc form list.
  • Fixed an issue where uploading images to Hazard Board would occasionally fail.
  • Fixed a bug that stopped mobile users from viewing PDFs attached to answers.
