Scheduling Options

When scheduling a form you can choose to have no schedule, so it is an Ad Hoc Form or schedule it to 'Daily', 'Weekly', or 'Monthly'.

  1. None - Default

The default scheduling setting, this form will not appear on any of the tabs on the To-Do List and will only be accessed by going to your Ad Hoc Forms.

  2. Daily - The form is to be completed at least once a day

This option schedules the form so a new copy of the form appears on the To-Do List each day. Once you've set the form to daily you can choose what days of the week or what time it's due.

  3. Weekly

This option schedules your form to once a week and can be completed on any day of that week.

  4. Monthly

This option schedules your form to once a month and can be completed at any time during that month.  Additionally, this option can be changed so that it only appears during selected months, just select or deselect the months in the list below. By default every month is selected. Monthly form reminders can now be scheduled 1-3 days before the due date.
