Scheduling a Form

You can schedule forms to be completed Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Once a form is scheduled, it will appear on your team's To-Do List according to that schedule.

If a form has no schedule, it is an "Ad Hoc" form and can only be accessed from the Form Library.

Scheduling Options

When setting up a form, you can choose one of four scheduling options.

  • None - Default (Ad Hoc) This is the default setting for new forms. The form will not appear on the To-Do List. It can only be accessed from the Ad Hoc Form Library (the "plus" button on the mobile app).
  • Daily This schedules the form to appear on the "Today" tab of the To-Do List each day. You can choose which days of the week it's due and set a specific due time.
  • Weekly This schedules the form to appear on the "This Week" tab. It can be completed on any day of that week to be marked as complete.

Monthly This schedules the form to appear on the "This Month" tab. It can be completed at any time during that month.

    • You can also choose which specific months the form should appear (by default, all months are selected).
    • You can set a reminder to be sent 1-3 days before the monthly due date.
