Attaching a Resource to Users, Suppliers, Equipment and Sites

You can attach a Resource to Users, Suppliers/ Subcontractors, Equipment, and Sites. These can be either a Document or a Certificate & Permit


Adding Resources to a User/Supplier/Equipment/Sites: 

The process of adding resources is the same for Users, Suppliers, Equipment and Sites. 

Examples

  • Site - attach Certificate & Permits You need a reminder to update 
  • User - attach relevant training records to a specific User 
  • Equipment - You can add a WOF or Rego date to your Certificate & Permit so that you receive reminders when they need to be updated.
  • Supplier - A supplier may have a policy or Health & Safety document that needs to be reviewed on a certain date 

To do this

  1. Log into your Admin Console (computer side)
  2. Click on the User, Supplier, Site or Equipment Page 
  3. Click the Pencil Icon on the item you want to add a resource to
  4. Select the Resource tab
  5. Click the Orange Plus Button
  6. Click either File, Certificate & Permit or Link depending on your resource type 
  7. Click the Upload Button to attach resources
  8. Give the file a name and choose the best-fit category
  9. Click SAVE

You can access valuable resources like training documents and maintenance manuals through the mobile app with an Internet connection. These resources are linked to Users, Suppliers, Equipment, and Sites and can be found on the Resources page of the Web Console. If you need help with uploading resources  click here!

Note: The current limit on file size is 5 MB (3,000 KB). If your file does not upload please check that it is not too large.
