Adding & Viewing Sites on your Mobile

Adding Sites on the go? You can do this straight from the Site App Pro App!

Note: Can't see Sites from the App? You need to add a site from your Computer/Laptop first to activate your Mobile Sites. 

If you find yourself always on the move and don't have access to a Laptop or Computer, you can add and view sites straight from the Site App Pro mobile application. You do need permission to add sites - to add a site you must be set up as:

  • User - Administrator
  • User - Manager
  • Tablet Manager (Go to the Team & Users page to set people up as a Tablet Manager, this gives them the same access as a Manager without Computer login access

Add Sites: 

  1. Login to your Site App Pro App 
  2. Click the Menu Icon on the top left corner 
  3. Click Sites
  4. Click the Orange Plus Button 
  5. Select your name from the Staff list, then enter your PIN
  6. Add in the basic Site Details
  7. SAVE

If you then want to add extra Site Details, Resources, Pinned Forms/Registers & a Site Safety Agreement, then you can build this information once you have access to your computer. 

Note: Sites can also be known as Jobs, Clients, Customers, Projects etc. 

View Sites

To view sites you need to select the site you want to view first: 

  1. Go to your Daily Dairy Checklist (on the App) 
  2. Select the site you want to view
  3. Click the menu icon in the top left corner 
  4. Go to Sites (your team may call this something different such as Project, Client, Customer, Job etc) 
  5. You will now be able to view the Site Information 

You can't edit Site information from the App but you can access your location. Click on the orange location icon to open the Site address in Google Maps!
