Q. Why can’t I edit some of the fields in the template form?
A. You may see a padlock icon next to certain fields. These locked fields cannot be deleted because your organisation's administrator has deemed them mandatory.
Q. What file formats can I upload as a Resource?
A. You can upload the following file formats as a Resource:
PDF
JPG
SVG
URL
MP4
Q. How do I manage Closed Days and Seasonal Closures?
A. This is handled in your Form Schedules.
For regular closed days (e.g., your business is closed every Sunday), you can adjust your Form Schedules to prevent daily forms from appearing on those specific days.
For seasonal closures (e.g., closing for winter), the easiest way is to turn off all your Form Schedules when you close and then turn them back on before you reopen.
Q. I just updated a Form Template, why aren't the changes appearing on the Mobile App?
A. To update the form templates you will either have to restart the Site App Pro Mobile App or Click the Ad Hoc Forms button (The '+' Button in the bottom right)
App & Offline Use
Q. Will Site App Pro work without a network connection (offline)?
A. Yes, but the key is to make sure you log in to the app while you still have a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. After that, you can work offline, and the app will store your completed forms on the device and upload them automatically when you're back online.
Q. How many Completed Forms can I view from the App?
A. You can view up to 12 months' worth of your completed forms from the "Saved Forms" tab on the mobile app.
Q. Can I fill out forms from the Admin Console (computer login)?
A. No. Forms are designed to be completed only on the mobile application. The Admin Console is used to view the details of completed forms in the Dashboard Activity Stream and the Reports section, but you cannot complete or edit forms from the web.

Q. How do I reset my password?
Open the Admin Console / Or Mobile App
Click the "Forgot Password?" button
Input your Login email and follow the prompts
Q. How do I delete my account?
A. To delete your account, you have two options:
Send an email to our support team - [email protected]
Use your mobile app: Tap the Support button in the menu, then tap the "Delete Account" button and complete the short form. Our support team will handle the rest.
