Forgotten your password? Follow the steps below.
To Reset your Password:
Go to the Site App Pro login page (Mobile App or Admin Console)
At the bottom of the black box, click "Forgot Password?".
Enter the email address that your account is linked to.
Check your email. You will receive a no-reply email from "[email protected]" with a link to reset your password.
If it does not show in your normal inbox check your Spam
Follow the instructions on the reset password page.
To Reset Someone Else's Password:
Log into the Admin Console
Navigate to Team & Users
Find the Person in the list and click on them (this opens their profile)
From within their profile, select the three dots in the top right-hand corner
In the dropdown, select "Reset Password"
This also sends them the same Password reset link.
Note: The password reset link will expire within 2 hours. If you do not use it within this time you will need to send yourself another with the process above.
