What is Quick Access?
Quick Access is a feature that puts your most commonly used forms right at your fingertips. Instead of searching through the entire form library, you'll see up to 3 pre-configured forms when you open an equipment profile.
For example, if you regularly complete vehicle checks, your admin can set up those forms as Quick Access options. This means you can start completing your routine forms in seconds instead of minutes.

Auto-filling equipment details so you don't have to
Eliminating the need to search through the form library for routine tasks

How to Access Quick Access Forms
Opening the Quick Access Menu
Log into the Mobile App.
Tap the Menu icon (β°) in the top left corner.
βSelect Equipment from the list.
βTap on the equipment item you want to work with.
Tap the Quick Access button at the top of the equipment profile.

A menu will appear showing:
Top section: Up to 3 Quick Access forms configured by your admin
Middle section: "Create Task" option
Bottom section: "Browse All Forms" option to access the complete form library
Starting a Form from Quick Access
Open the Quick Access menu (follow the steps above).
Tap on one of the Quick Access forms displayed at the top.
The form will open with the equipment field already filled in.
Complete the form as usual.
Submit the form when finished.
What Gets Auto-Filled
When you start a form from Quick Access:
Equipment field: Automatically filled with the equipment you're viewing
Site context: If you're working from a specific site, this is indicated on the form
You can still change the equipment field if needed before completing the form.
Accessing All Forms
Quick Access provides shortcuts to your most common forms, but you can still access your complete form library:
Open the Quick Access menu.
Scroll down to the bottom of the menu.
Tap Browse All Forms.
Search for or select any form from your complete form library.
Using Quick Access with Scheduled Forms
If your admin has set up scheduled forms (such as daily vehicle pre-starts) as Quick Access options, completing them through Quick Access will:
Mark the scheduled task as complete on your To-Do List
Satisfy the scheduled requirement for that day
Save the form to the equipment's history
Example: You have a daily vehicle pre-start scheduled. Instead of going to your To-Do List, you can:
Navigate to the vehicle in Equipment.
Tap Quick Access.
Complete the vehicle pre-start form.
The scheduled task will automatically be marked as complete.
Tips for Mobile Users
No Quick Access Forms Available?
If you don't see any Quick Access forms when you tap the button, this means:
Your admin hasn't configured Quick Access for this equipment category yet, or
You don't have permission to access the forms that have been configured
You can still access all forms by tapping "Browse All Forms" at the bottom of the menu.
Working Offline
Quick Access works with your standard offline form access:
Forms that are available offline will be accessible through Quick Access when you're offline
Any forms you complete offline will sync when you're back online
FAQ for Mobile Users
Q: Why don't I see Quick Access forms for some equipment?
A: Your admin may not have configured Quick Access for that equipment category, or you may not have permission to access the configured forms.
Q: Can I change which forms appear in Quick Access?
A: No, Quick Access forms are configured by your admin. If you'd like different forms to appear, speak with your admin or manager.
Q: What if I need a form that's not in Quick Access?
A: Tap "Browse All Forms" at the bottom of the Quick Access menu to access your complete form library.
Q: Will the equipment field always be filled in?
A: Yes, when you start a form from an equipment's Quick Access menu, the equipment field will be auto-populated. You can change it if needed.
Q: Can I use Quick Access offline?
A: Yes, forms that are available offline will be accessible through Quick Access when you're offline. Standard offline form access rules apply.
Q: Do Quick Access forms count towards scheduled tasks?
A: Yes, if a Quick Access form is also a scheduled form, completing it through Quick Access will mark the scheduled task as complete on your To-Do List.
Q: Where can I find forms I've completed through Quick Access?
A: All forms completed through Quick Access are saved in the equipment's "Completed Forms" section, just like any other form completed for that equipment.
