Your profile: viewing and editing your details

Your profile in Site App Pro is where you can view and update your personal information, such as your name and contact details.


Opening your profile

You can get to your profile in two ways:

  • Tap your profile picture on the Home page

  • Open the main menu and select your profile

Your profile opens in read-only mode by default — nothing is editable until you choose to make a change. This means you can safely review your details without the risk of accidentally changing something.


Editing your details

  1. On your profile page, tap Edit Profile

  2. Select either

    1. Personal Details (name/phone number etc)

    2. Organisation Details (to view/edit your listed job role, user group and start date)

  3. Make your changes

  4. Tap Save to apply them

Once saved, your details return to read-only and you'll see a confirmation that the update was successful.

Didn't mean to make changes? Tap Cancel at any point to exit edit mode without saving. Your details will stay as they were.


If something goes wrong when saving

If a field has an error — for example, a required field left blank or an invalid format — the app will highlight it so you know what to fix. Your input is kept visible so you don't have to start again.

If the save fails for another reason, you'll stay in edit mode with a message letting you know the update didn't go through. Try again, and if the issue continues contact your administrator.


What can't be changed here

Some settings are managed in separate sections of your profile:

  • Account and login details — see Account details & sign-in settings

  • Notification preferences — see Notification & communication preferences
