The Check In log gives you a summary of your recent working hours across your sites — all in one place on your mobile app. You can see today's hours at a glance, check a day-by-day breakdown for the past 9 days, and review detailed check-in and check-out times for the past 14 days.
Note: The Check In log is only available for Site App Pro organisations with the check-in feature enabled. If you don't see a Check In log tab on your profile, contact your administrator.
Opening your Check In log
Tap your profile picture on the Home page, or open the main menu and select your profile

Today's summary card
At the top of the Check in log you'll see a card showing your hours for today across all sites:
Total time — your combined hours worked today
Check in — your earliest check-in time today
Check out — your latest check-out time today. If you're currently checked in somewhere, this shows a dash (—) to make it clear you haven't checked out yet
The today card always shows all sites combined. It is not affected by the site filter below it.
The 9-day graph
Below the today card is a bar graph showing your total hours worked per day for today and the previous 8 days.
Filtering by site: By default the graph shows all your sites combined. Tap the site selector above the graph to filter by a specific site. If a site is PIN-protected, you'll be prompted to enter the PIN before its data is shown.
Tapping a bar: Tap any bar in the graph to see the exact total hours for that day.
A few things to know:
Hours are attributed to the day a session started, even if you checked out after midnight
If you're currently checked in, today's bar includes your running time so far
The graph's vertical scale adjusts automatically if any day exceeds 8 hours
The 14-day table
Below the graph is a detailed table of your check-in and check-out history for the past 14 days. Each day shows:
Your total hours for that day
Each individual check-in and check-out time
The table respects the same site filter as the graph — switching sites updates both at the same time.
A few things to know:
Days with no check-ins are shown as empty so you can see there was no activity recorded
If you checked in overnight, the session is shown under the day it started, with a moon icon and a +1 (or +2, etc.) to show it ran into the next day
Today's row is highlighted, and includes your running time if you're currently checked in
Why might my hours look wrong?
The Check In log is based entirely on your check-in and check-out activity in Site App Pro. If your hours don't look right, the most common reasons are:
A check-out was missed — open sessions from previous days aren't added to your totals until they're closed
You checked in at a site that's being filtered out — try switching the site selector to All sites
If you think there's an error in your recorded time, contact your administrator.
