This update includes redesigned admin console pages, expanded mobile capabilities, workflow improvements, and a range of bug fixes.
Admin Console Updates
Sites, Suppliers, and Forms
The Sites, Suppliers, and Forms pages have been fully redesigned with an improved interface and additional functionality.
Sites and Suppliers:
Updated layout and interface throughout
New filters and additional table columns to help locate specific records
Improved bulk upload with clearer instructions, better date handling, and inline error feedback

Updated layout and interface throughout
New filters and additional table columns
Organisation and Group Dashboards
The Organisation and Group dashboards have been updated to align with the rest of the admin console:
Top navigation now uses the same tab style as other pages
Dashboard widgets and backgrounds now display in light mode
New Features
Managing Resources from the Mobile App
Admins and Managers can now add, edit, move, and share resources directly from the mobile app.
Resources can be assigned to:
The resource library as standalone items
People, user groups, and job roles
Suppliers and supplier types
Equipment and equipment categories
Sites and site categories
The Resource Details page has also been updated with a more detailed view and an improved layout.
Job Roles in Workflows and Approvals
Workflow steps and approvals can now be assigned to a Job Role. Any user belonging to that Job Role can complete the step or approve the form.
Note: If a User Group is assigned to a Job Role, any workflow steps or approvals assigned to that User Group can also be completed by users in the associated Job Role.
Improved Summary Report Performance
Summary reports based on forms, sites, and form categories now load significantly faster. This is most noticeable for organisations with a large number of sites or when generating reports over longer time periods. Affected reports include the Troubleshooting Category Count, Training Category Count, and other summary-style reports.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where users received push notifications for organisations they were no longer logged in to
Fixed an issue where outdated attachments appeared in Resource Approval emails when a resource had been updated or rejected during the approval process
Fixed an issue where names manually entered in a Staff List β Select From question did not appear in the Form Report
Fixed an issue where editing a non-planned task from a schedule incorrectly allowed changes to the schedule β these fields are now correctly read-only
Added a Created On filter to the Tasks table in the admin console
Fixed an issue where updating the Site of a completed form could create duplicate answers and prevent the form from being re-opened on the mobile app
Users created via the mobile app now receive a reset password email upon account creation

Note: Users on mobile app versions earlier than 5.0.5 will not be able to download new resources for offline use. Files already downloaded will continue to work normally. Update the app to version 5.0.5 or later to download new resources.
