Duplicating a form template creates an exact copy of the original — including all questions and settings — as a new form template. This is useful when you want to create a variation of an existing form without rebuilding it from scratch.
How to duplicate a form template
Log in to the Admin Console
Go to Forms
Find the form template you want to duplicate
Click the three-dot menu next to the form
Click Duplicate
Note: The duplicated form will be named Duplicate of [original form name]. It will open automatically in the form editor so you can rename it and make any changes straight away. Be sure to edit your Form name before saving.
