Note: Training Management is part of the Training Management Module. It's included in some plans and available as an add-on on others. To activate it, contact your Customer Success Manager or [email protected].
Every person has a Training Record on their profile — a single place to see everything they're required to do, everything they've completed, and everything in between. Use it to check where one specific person stands, or to pull a record for an audit, a subcontractor's own files, or your own.
Open someone's Training Record
Go to Teams & Users
Click the person to open their profile
Open the Training Record tab along the bottom of their profile
Read the Training Overview
At the top of the tab, the Training Overview widget gives you a quick-glance summary before you dig into specifics. Click it to collapse it.

A breakdown of how many requirements are Critical and how many are Required
Click any requirement listed under Critical or Required to open the same detail panel you'd see from the Register — showing its activities, assignment type, expiry date, and audit log.
Check required and optional training
Below the overview, Required training and Optional training each list that person's requirements in a table, with columns for the requirement, reporting category, due/expiry date, status, completed-on date, result, competency, source, valid-until date, and proof.
Hover over Source to see how a requirement was assigned — for example, via a Job Role like Site Supervisor.
View additional records
Additional records covers anything completed that isn't linked to a Training requirement — a resource reviewed, a quiz passed, or a form completed outside of Training. This section appears whether or not the account has the Training feature.
Use the view mode filter in the top right of this section to switch between All activity (resources and quizzes together) and Grouped by type (resources and quizzes separated)
Click any row to open it — for example, clicking a quiz opens the completed form view
Note: if a form, resource, or certificate isn't linked to a Training requirement, it shows up here rather than under Required or Optional training.
Filter the Training Record
Use the search bar to search by name or keyword
Use the date filter to narrow by All time, Last 30/60/90 days, Last 6 months, 2026, 2025, or a Custom date range
Use the data set filter to switch between Requires attention, Required training, Optional training, and Additional records
Use More filters to narrow by requirement status (Not started, Overdue, In progress, Pending approval, Pending assessment, Completed, Expiring, Expired), Reporting category, or Assignment type (Required & Critical, Required, Optional)
Turn on Include corrective actions in the training task table if you want Corrective Actions to appear in Additional records — this is off by default
Export the Training Record
Whatever filters are currently applied carry over into the export — if you've filtered down to one reporting category, the export reflects just that.
To export as PDF:
To export as Excel instead:
Click the three-dot menu next to it
Select Export training record (Excel)
The PDF includes a clickable link on each requirement that opens it in the product. The Excel file instead includes a header block showing the staff member, who exported it, when, and any active filters.
Note: the links embedded in the PDF only work fully for someone with product login access — without one, they won't be able to view the full requirement detail behind the link.
