Reporting in Site App Pro

To view the reports or forms completed by your business, simply access the Reports page on the Admin Console.


The Reports Tab is an essential feature that allows users to export, review, and analyse all Health and Safety Forms completed by their team. This tool is divided into three sections, allowing for easy navigation and comprehensive reporting. 

  1. Summary Reports are used to show a summary of your completed forms
  2. Form Reports are used to generate individual reports for each type of form 
  3. Completed Forms show every single completed form in the selected date range  

Learn to navigate the Reports Tab with ease by adjusting the date range in the upper right-hand corner.

Note: If you choose the custom date range you can use the date picker to choose when the reporting period starts and ends.


Summary Reports

The Reports Tab features a Summary Reports page that offers a comprehensive overview of different areas, such as Site, Training Summary, and Blue Notes. It also shows the count of completed Forms in each Form Category. 

For more detailed exploration, you can click on the Eye Icon next to a completed Form. Moreover, you can export the information by downloading, emailing, or printing directly from this page.


Form Reports

The Form Reports section is a powerful tool, where you can generate a report for any completed form. 

  1. Click on the Reports Tab on the left-hand side of the Dashboard
  2. Select Form Reports from the top of the page 
  3. Here you can either scroll down or filter specifically to the form you are looking for.
  4. To generate the report click the Orange Page Icon at the end of a row
  5. You can view individual forms completed in that report by clicking the View Icon. If you want to share, print or download the report, click the buttons in the top right corner.

Completed Forms

The completed forms page shows you every single form that has been completed in Site App Pro for the selected date range. You can change the date range in the top right corner or filter the forms if you want to see more/less of a range. 

  1. Click on the Reports Tab on the left-hand side of the Dashboard
  2. Select Completed Forms from the top of the page
  3. Under completed forms, you will see all the forms completed during that period
  4. To  view an individual form record click on the View icon
