Protecting Sites with a pin code

To provide your workers access only to the sites they are working on, you can add a PIN code to those sites.


Adding a PIN to Sites

You can restrict site access by adding a PIN to certain sites. 


When selecting that site from the Mobile App, the user will be prompted to input the 4 Digit PIN code.

  1. Log in to the Admin Console
  2. Go to Sites (your team may have labelled this differently)
  3. Click the Pencil icon to edit a site 
  4. Add PIN
  5. When you are on the Mobile/Tablet, select the site you want to enter and enter your PIN 


Don't forget to let your team know the pin code to their specific site. You could even try sending them a message with the PIN code in it if they've been set up as a User.
