Summary Reports provide a high-level overview and quick insights into the most important areas of your business. They offer a simple way to see counts and summaries of your data at a glance.
How to Access and View Summary Reports
Navigate to the Reports tab in your Admin Console.
Click on the Summary Reports tab.
You will see a list of reports covering essential topics like:
Sites
Training
Blue Notes
Corrective Actions
...and more.
These reports will show either a count (e.g., the number of Blue Notes) or a summary of the relevant data.
How to Customize Your Summary Report View
You can filter your reports and customize your dashboard to show only the information that is relevant to you.
Re-order or Hide Reports
Click the Settings wheel icon in the top-right corner of the Summary Reports page.
From here, you can drag and drop the reports to re-order them.
You can also click the eye icon to hide any reports that you don't need to see.

Filter by Site
Open any individual Summary Report.
Use the "Select Site(s)" filter at the top to narrow down the report data to one or multiple specific sites.

How to View Details and Export Reports
View Details: To explore the data in more detail, you can click on an item to see the completed form or move to the Form Reports page for a more granular view.
Export Data: You can export the information by downloading, emailing, or printing directly from the Summary Reports page.
