Workflows allow you to track the status of your forms as they are completed by submitters and reviewed by your team.

Workflow Monitoring (Dashboard)
You can get a quick snapshot or monitor the statuses of your workflows directly from the Dashboard.
How to Use the Dashboard Widget
Log in to your Admin Console.
Ensure you have visibility of the workflow widget (you can change its position from the Dashboard settings).
Click on the Filter within the widget to view the form categories.
Click on the Categories of your choice to filter the data.
You can click on each bucket (e.g., "Pending," "Approved") to explore it further.
Workflow Reporting (Reports Page)
The Workflow Reporting section is a powerful tool where you can generate a detailed report on forms that are moving through your review process.
How to Access Workflow Reports
Log into your Admin Console.
Go to the Reports section from the main menu.
Click on the Workflow tab.
How to Use the Workflow Report
Filter Your Results: You can adjust the Date Range, filter by one or more Sites, add Form Categories, or filter by Statuses.
Open a Workflow: Click on the Folder icon to open the workflow.
Review Forms: Click on an individual form within the workflow to review its contents.
Export Data: You can also download a CSV file of the report if required.
