Your team has been using the app and forms are coming in. Here's where to find that data and what it tells you.
The Dashboard
Log in and you'll land on the Dashboard. Once your team is active, this becomes your daily pulse.
Key things to know:
The Activity Stream on the right shows a live feed of everything completed — forms submitted, check-ins, users added. A grey tick means fully submitted. An orange pause icon means a draft that wasn't finished. A blue note icon means a form was submitted with an exception flagged.
The statistic buckets across the top count specific form categories — incidents, hazards, toolbox talks — and update in real time.
Three charts below break down completed forms by site, by staff member, and by form type.
The Certificate and Equipment Summary widget shows anything expiring in the next three months. Expired items appear in red.
The Site Map shows your active sites and who's currently checked in at each.
Use the date range picker and site filter in the top-right corner to focus the Dashboard on a specific period or location.
Completed forms
Click Reports in the left menu. The Completed Forms tab shows every form submitted in your account for the selected date range — all types together, in chronological order.
To find what you need:
Use the date range picker to set your period.
Filter by form type, site, or staff member to narrow the list.
Click the eye icon next to any entry to open that completed form in full.
Use Advanced Search to search by keyword — useful for finding all forms that mention a specific piece of equipment or hazard.
To export a single form as a PDF, open it and use the print or email icon. To export your full filtered list as a spreadsheet, click the download icon at the top of the page.
Form reports
Click the Form Reports tab. Where Completed Forms shows everything together, this tab lets you focus on one form type at a time.
Find the form you want to review in the list.
Click the orange page icon at the end of that row to generate a report.
Click the eye icon on any row to read an individual submission.
Use Show Columns to choose which fields appear in the table.
Toggle on the Blue Notes filter to show only submissions where an exception was flagged — faster than reading through every form.
Use the buttons in the top-right corner to share, print, or download the report. You can also email a completed form directly from the report — open it and use the email button to send a PDF copy to any address.
