The Subcontractor Portal is a powerful feature that allows you to give your subcontractors their own limited version of the Admin Console. This empowers them to manage their own team and compliance while keeping your data secure.


What is the Subcontractor Portal?

Instead of you managing every single subcontractor employee, the portal allows the subcontractor company to log in and do it themselves.

From their limited portal, they can:

  • Manage their own team: Create user logins for their staff to use the Mobile App with limited access

  • Upload compliance documents/resources: Upload their own certificates, insurance, and permits for your approval.

  • View assigned sites: See the specific sites you have assigned to them.

  • Monitor activity: View completed forms and activity from their own team.


How to Set Up a Subcontractor

To give a subcontractor access to their portal, you simply need to create a user account for them with the Supplier access level.

  1. Log in to your Admin Console.

  2. Go to Team & Users.

  3. Click Add User

  4. Enter the subcontractor's name, email and password

  5. Crucial Step: Select the "Supplier" Access Level.

  6. Select their company under Supplier

  7. Save

The subcontractor will receive an email with login instructions. Once they log in, they will see a restricted dashboard showing what's relevant to their organisation:

  • Dashboard - showing their recent activity

  • Tasks - with tasks assigned to members in their company

  • Equipment - assigned to their company

  • Sites - assigned to their company

  • Resources - where they can upload for approval, or view documents assigned to them
