By downloading your Resources to the Mobile App before going outside of cellular reception, you can ensure you have access to all the documents you need.
There are two ways to make Resources available offline:
Download resources manually — done by you in the Mobile App
Recommend resources for download — done by an admin in the Admin Console, which prompts your team to download them
Method 1: Manually Downloading Resources
This is done in the Mobile App.
To download a specific document for offline use:
Log into the Mobile App
Tap the menu icon in the top left-hand corner
In your menu, open the "Resources" page
Use the search bar to find your document
Tap the three dots next to your Resource to open the pop-up menu
Tap "Download"
Method 2: Recommending Resources for Offline Use
This is done in the Admin Console, by a web user.
Admins can recommend Resources for the team to download:
Log into the Admin Console
Navigate to Resources
Use the search bar to locate your document
Click on it to open the Resource
Toggle the "Recommend download for offline use" switch
Save your changes
When your team log into the Mobile App, they will be prompted to view the recommended Resources.
