Once a quiz has been built in the Admin Console, your team completes it on the mobile app just like any other form — with a few extra steps along the way.

Finding a quiz
Tap the orange + icon on the home screen to open the form library. Quizzes are shown with a small icon next to them so they're easy to tell apart from regular forms.
Starting a quiz
Tapping a quiz opens a page showing the passing score and the estimated time to complete, based on the number of questions. If an intro page has been configured, you'll see it here too. Tap Start to begin.
Answering questions
If the quiz is set up as a wizard, you'll see one question at a time:
Read the question. Question text can run up to 2,000 characters, so if it looks cut off, tap it to view the full text.
Select your answer.
If Show immediate feedback is turned on, tap Check Answer to see a green tick or red x for that question.
Tap Continue to move to the next question.
On All That Apply questions, every correct option needs to be selected — and no incorrect ones — to get the question right. There's no partial credit.
Finishing a quiz
After the last question, you'll see a results screen showing whether you passed or failed. If Hide score hasn't been turned on for that quiz, your percentage score is shown here too.
Tapping Continue takes you to a full summary of the quiz and your answers. This is read-only — answers can't be changed once the quiz is finished. To leave, tap the back arrow in the top left corner.
Emailing a completed quiz
From the summary screen, tap the three dots in the top right corner and select Email this form to send a copy of the completed quiz to any email address.
