Quizzes let you turn training material into a graded exercise — set correct answers, a passing score, and let your team complete it on the mobile app to check what's actually landed.

Creating a new quiz
Go to Forms in the Admin Console.
Click Add Form.
Give the form a name (e.g. "Site Safety Induction Quiz") and choose a form category.
Toggle on Quiz Mode. The switch turns orange and the form layout updates to show quiz-specific options.
Quizzes are built from scratch — you can't convert an existing form into a quiz.
Question types
In Quiz Mode, the available question types are limited to the following:
Yes/No — select either Yes or No as the correct answer.
Multi Choice — add as many answer options as you like, then select one as correct.
All That Apply — add up to 100 answer options and mark multiple as correct. The participant must select every correct option — and no incorrect ones — to get the question right.
Resource — link a document, video, or file from your resource library for participants to view. Not graded.
Signature — participants draw a signature on their device. Not graded.
Section — a heading used to group questions by topic. Not graded.
Info Panel — a tappable block of instructional text. Not graded.
Note: Only Yes/No, Multi Choice, and All That Apply questions have a correct answer attached to them. For example, on a Yes/No question asking "Is safety important?", you'd select Yes as the correct answer — if a participant selects No, it's marked incorrect.
Quiz settings
Below the question builder, you'll find the following settings:
Passing score — set the percentage a participant needs to pass.
Hide score — when on, participants only see Pass/Fail after completion, not their percentage.
Display as Wizard — shows one question per page instead of all questions at once. This unlocks three further options:
Allow back navigation — lets participants return to previous questions and change their answers.
Show immediate feedback — reveals whether each answer was correct straight after it's submitted.
Show intro page — displays an introduction page (with your own wizard instructions) before the first question.
Using the AI Form Assistant
Just like standard forms, the AI Form Assistant is available when building quizzes. Describe the quiz you need and it will generate the questions and structure for you.
