Once your team starts completing quizzes, you can review individual results or get a bird's-eye view of pass rates across every quiz in your account.

Viewing an individual completed quiz
Go to Reports.
Click Completed Forms.
Click on a completed quiz.
Along the header, next to the form name, you'll see the Pass/Fail result, the percentage score, and a question tally (e.g. 4 out of 4 correct).
Viewing all quiz results at once
To compare pass/fail rates across multiple quizzes:
Go to Reports.
Click Summary.
Scroll to the Quiz Summary table at the bottom of the page.
This table lists every quiz in your account with its score, passing score, and result, all in one view — the fastest way to check all quiz completions across your entire team.
Note: Unlike the Completed Forms page, the Quiz Summary table is built specifically for comparing quiz results side by side, rather than reviewing one form at a time.
Viewing all quiz results for a specific quiz
To view, export and examine quiz answers in a single quiz template across multiple entries:
Go to Reports.
Click Form Reports.
Adjust your date range in the top right-hand corner with the date picker
Use the "Filter forms" search bar to find your Quiz
Click View report
The report will display all of the entires as rows, and the questions as columns. Scroll to the right to view:
Actual score
Max score
Score (%)
Passing score (%)
Result (Pass/fail)
This options are specific to Quiz forms. Regular forms (like a pre-start) do not display these options.
