Engagement Score Reporting

In our last release we bought you the Engagement Score to track your team's engagement with Site App Pro. And now, we have made it even easier to access and report on this data. You can now find all your metrics in one place, making it simple to analyse and share with your team.

Track team members' engagement with the breakdown of the Engagement Score into individual metrics.
Compare the engagement score of your entire team.
Access the report from the dashboard and export it as a CSV file.

Our latest release introduced the Digital Hazard Board, a tool that enables your team to monitor and engage with both current and future hazards present on your worksite. We are excited to announce that we have further improved the reporting and analysis features of the Hazard Board.

We have successfully integrated our Hazard Board with our Analysis Reporting system. As a Premium or Enterprise client, you can now monitor and analyze the trends related to your business's Hazards.

You’ll be able to:

Delve into the various hazard categories and explore which sites are working diligently to address them.
Create reports that will provide valuable insights that can help us all work towards a safer and more secure environment.
Ability to download your report as a CSV file to access raw data and load it into Excel or any tool of your choice.

Our primary goal is to enhance the customisation options of our Reporting system. You can now filter your Reports by Sites to locate the data that is relevant to your business. Additionally, you may customise your Summary Report page to suit your needs.

New Multi Filter for Sites across Form Reports, Summary Reports, and Completed Forms.

Re-order and Hide Reports on your Summary Reports page to get the view that suits you.
Toggle the Time Stamp on or off on your Completed Forms to simplify your Report.
Introduced the ability to view Corrective Actions from the Form Reports page as well as view them when exported.

Managing contractors can be a crucial aspect for businesses. To streamline this process, we are currently developing a feature that allows contractors to be linked to users and approved if they have satisfied all pre-qualification requirements.

Group Admin Improvements

Being a Group Admin in Site App Pro just got easier with the new Group Admin Reporting feature. You can now easily analyze trends for forms and hazards, making it simpler to keep track of your accounts. In addition, a new role called Restricted Group Admin has been introduced, giving you the ability to grant Group Admin access to more users without sacrificing control.

Drill into trends for both Forms and the Hazard Board from the Completed Forms page in your Group Admin login.
Create a Restricted Group Admin User who can only view a selection of Accounts.
Send Group Summary Reports to Restricted Group Admins to show only the accounts the user is responsible for.
Drop-down lists in the Group Admin Console now show "All" or "None" at the top for easier navigation.

Smaller Wins

When you duplicate sites, any Pinned Forms attached to them will also be duplicated. The contents of the pinned forms will be included, so you won't have to double up on manual processes.
